Nick Marshall is the founder and owner of The Marshall Law Firm, LLC.

He was born and raised in the Northland and is still proud to call it “home.”  Born fifth of seven children, Mr. Marshall learned early the value of education and serving others from his parents.

He received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1999.

After his admission to the Missouri Bar, Mr. Marshall served the people of Jasper County, Missouri as an assistant prosecuting attorney.  He prosecuted thousands of cases, bringing hundreds of cases to trial.  As part of his experience, Mr. Marshall has conducted over a dozen felony jury trials.

In 2003, Mr. Marshall believed he could be of service to the people of Kansas City in the area of private practice so he moved back to his hometown and opened a law firm that’s core mission is “protecting the rule of law one case at a time.”

Married to Amanda Jensen Marshall, Mr. Marshall resides in Platte County with his four children. The entire family is active in Faith Community Church.
